REQUIREMENT

At SANYO Logistics, as trade office staff, we are entrusted with general office procedures, including meetings with overseas distributors, preparation of quotations, preparation of application documents and other documents related to imports and exports, and arrangements for logistics providers. We also accept applications from inexperienced staff.

Of course, we also welcome applications from highly skilled and experienced staff. Please see below for detailed recruitment information.

No academic background or specific job/industry experience required. New graduates and employment gaps are accepted.

Any of the following is acceptable.
Sales experience
Experience in clerical work
Experience in accounting
・Fluent in Japanese, with a proficiency level of N1 on the Japanese Language Proficiency Test.

 

◎No work experience, job changes, or employment gaps required. Sales or office experience preferred but not mandatory.

Regular Employee

*3-month probationary period. No commission during this time. Other terms unchanged. Training period may vary based on experience and ability.

Holiday

Monthly salary + commission based on experience and ability. Commission: 5-10% of employee-generated profit. No commission during training period.

Annual salary examples:
・36 years old, 4 years of experience: 9 million yen
・24 years old, 3 years of experience: 6 million yen
・28 years old, 2 years of experience: 5 million yen

Salary

・Prepare quotations and data entry
・Application document handling
・Issuing invoices to suppliers, etc.

Flexible working hours: 8 hours
Typically 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., but can be adjusted to 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. based on client needs and business conditions.
